Affordable Education & Scholarships
Poland offers tuition fees 40-60% lower than Western Europe:
- Bachelor’s: €1,500 – €5,000 (₹1.5-5 lakhs) per year
- Master’s: €2,000 – €6,000 (₹2-6 lakhs) per year
- Medical programs: €8,000 – €12,000 (₹8-12 lakhs) per year

Part-Time Work & Post-Study Stay-Back Options
Part-time work during studies:
- During semesters: Up to 20 hours per week without requiring a separate work permit
- During holidays (July-September): Full-time (40 hours/week) employment allowed
- Minimum wage: PLN 30.5 (₹610) per hour
- Work permit: The Employer applies on behalf of the student after registration at the Social Security Office
Post-study work visa (Stay-back options):
- Non-EU graduates can stay 9-12 months on a temporary residence permit to search for employment
- After securing a job, the permit can be extended up to 3 years and is renewable
- After 5 consecutive years of legal residence, graduates are eligible for a permanent residence card valid for 10 years
NAWA’s online system- SYRENA
With the Introduction of the SYRENA system, the recognition of foreign diplomas in Poland is now quick, reliable, and fully online.
- Once all the required documents are successfully submitted, it takes up to 60 days for the system to issue the digitally signed PDF document.
- This process is completely free of cost.
Bachelor’s Degree: Entry Requirements & Tuition
Entry requirements:
- 12th grade completion (10+2) from a recognized Indian board (CBSE, ICSE, State Boards)
- Minimum 50% aggregate; 70% in science subjects for medical programs
- NEET qualification mandatory for MBBS
- IELTS 5.5-6.0 or equivalent TOEFL / PTE scores
